Keep 2.6.2 checksums aligned with sources
The checksum array is positional, but these three new SKIP entries precede the existing pnpm and libloot hashes while the new patch sources were appended after those archives. Thus the pnpm hash is applied to 0002-linux-path-and-executable-discovery.patch (and every subsequent entry remains shifted; the final source has no checksum), so makepkg rejects the recipe during integrity verification and the 2.6.2 Arch/AppImage build cannot complete.

Brings the older recipes up to the current Linux fixes.
scripts/build-version.py --version 2.6.2, package and AppImage.build-version.pynow refuses a recipe whose.SRCINFOchecksums don't pair with its sources, before downloading anything.
