Lands the Lutris and Bottles support from feat/lutris-bottles on Vortex 2.9.0, marked experimental, and releases 2.9.0-4.

• 0039 recognises games that use Lutris' Wine runner: deploys into the game's Lutris prefix, starts it through Lutris and runs tools with the game's Wine build.
• 0040 does the same for Bottles, starting programs through bottles-cli.
• The branch's patches were written against 2.8.2; on 2.9.0 only their pnpm-lock.yaml/package.json hunks were dropped, since js-yaml is already a dependency. Their tests and the full renderer suite pass.
• README: Lutris and Bottles added as experimental, plus the "What runs where" table; the intro stays as it was.
