Re-resolves the packages with open advisories (and express, terser-webpack-plugin so qs and serialize-javascript can move) within their existing ranges. yarn audit goes from 106 to 9; the rest come from laravel-mix pinning webpack-dev-server 4 and need the move off Mix. A full yarn upgrade is not usable: webpack >= 5.107 and the newer webpackbar break Mix 6.
The accordion body had no top padding, so the focus outline (3px, offset 3px) sat against the first line of the expanded text. The outline is unchanged.
