Symfony 8.1.10 -> 8.1.11 fixes 13 advisories (http-foundation, http-kernel, routing, serializer, html-sanitizer, yaml). Also updates laravel/framework 13.40.0, filament 5.11.1, spatie/laravel-permission 8.5.0, spatie/laravel-ignition 2.13.0, laravel-ide-helper 3.8.0, vite 8.3.6 and laravel-vite-plugin 3.2.1.
