GitHub Release v0.2.5 is public on commit 796d89f, with the runtime tarball, Connector ZIP and SHA-256 sums. npm now reports version/latest 0.2.5 and the SHA-512 integrity matches the tested runtime.
Update English, Chinese and Japanese READMEs, the changelog and product/release status to reflect those verified receipts. Keep the dated WorkBuddy review state separate. Include source upgrade instructions and the production-browser initialization regression fix in the current status.
Validation: documentation-only changes; i18n and diff checks pass. Source-release CI passed on Linux and Windows, with 432 local tests and 14 production-browser/MCP checks. An unauthenticated npm tarball download returns HTTP 200 and exactly matches the tested GitHub release asset.
