Make the JVM heap size configurable via AUTOPYARA_JVM_HEAP - #3

The backend's heap was hard-coded to -Xmx14g, which an ACSAC artifact evaluator flagged as preventing claims from running on smaller machines. Default behavior is unchanged (still 14g); set AUTOPYARA_JVM_HEAP (e.g. "4g") to lower it.
