I was flip-flopping on this when doing the /expanded endpoint, as it is valid for a Annotation to do such a thing. However, I think we tend to say the entity itself tracks and keeps the authoritative @context and type / @type for the entity. Annotations that attempt to assert these keys should not be merged onto the entity.

This decision is important because it changes how clients like DEER can use the GET version of the endpoint outright.
