bench-blob.ts used cache: "no-store" on CDN fetches. When loadBenchFromBlob is called directly in the ISR perp/[slug] page (revalidate=3600), Next.js 15 conflicts and throws "Page changed from static to dynamic" → 500 on all /perp/* pages.

Fix: next: { revalidate: 300 } instead. CDN bench blobs update every ~1min; 5min HTTP cache is fine. All other callers already wrap loadBenchFromBlob in unstable_cache (spec.ts, data-api-stats, bridge-hub-stats) so no behavior change there.
