- Rename 'Volume' → 'Position size' in the Gains wallet card (it's leveraged notional, not volume)
- Vault fee: replace 'OI vault fee / OI imbalance surcharge' with 'Vault fee / LP spread surcharge' + tooltip explaining it goes to GNS vault LPs when trade widens long/short imbalance
- Trade table: 'vault' → 'vault LP' in the fee breakdown line
