Universe: 3.3.0 → 3.4.2
esgvoc min_version: 7.1.0. Universe 3.4.2 has the none resolution and nominal_resolution terms, which esgvoc 7.0 rejects.

No local CV changes: rebuild so that the DB embeds universe 3.4.2.

Testing

esgvoc test run obs4ref --branch main --universe-branch main with esgvoc 7.1.0: passes.

Once merged, publish the release:
