The first-parent history since the 1.12.0 release also contains f7630ce (fix(review): stop labelling a base with the run that computed it (#94)), but this new release section lists only 09757de. Because this commit simultaneously advances the manifest to 1.12.1, release-please will treat #94 as already released and it will not be picked up in a later changelog, leaving the 1.12.1 release notes incomplete; regenerate the release change after incorporating #94.
