Closes #115 — steps 2 and 3 carry the exact actions from the engine's desktop-install.md: SmartScreen → Run anyway + setup wizard (Windows), .dmg drag to Applications (macOS), the one-time Open Anyway (the only path on current macOS), Start-menu launch, and the plain-double-click thereafter. ×3 locales; zero overflow at 390; step cards grow accordingly but stay one-line-number cards.

…ch steps for both platforms (#115)

Steps 2 and 3 described outcomes, not actions. Now, faithful to the
engine's desktop-install.md (no invented gestures):

- Install: Windows — run the downloaded file, SmartScreen 'Windows
  protected your PC' → More info → Run anyway, wizard does the rest;
  macOS — open the .dmg, drag keel into Applications.
- Launch: macOS — first open refused once, System Settings → Privacy
  & Security → Open Anyway (the only path on current macOS); Windows —
  Start menu; then the browser first-run checklist and keychain, and
  every later launch is a plain double-click.

×3 locales, revs bumped. Engine-doc gap noted on keel#595:
desktop-install.md still describes the Windows zip flow while the
release ships the setup.exe the card serves.
