docs(openspec): no-screen lines for a-agent-tools and s-bruteforce - #901

The two backend rows carried a Dutch line the coverage matrix does not read as a no-screen reason. They now use the '- No screen:' form. Assisted-by: ClaudeCode:claude-opus-5-5

Docs only. The backend rows a-agent-tools (changes/mcp-tool-surface) and s-bruteforce (specs/dashboard-public-share) had a Dutch "Zonder eigen scherm" line that the coverage matrix does not read as a no-screen reason. Both now use the
- No screen: <reason> (<row id>)form the other apps use (decision 263, fleet re-measure item 5). No code touched.AI-assisted: drafted with Claude Code, reviewed before merge by the coordinator.
