chore(admission): consolidate #1194 sourcePath diagnostic into #866

Consolidation probe only; it introduced no unique semantic delta. GitHub reported the branch-to-branch PR as non-mergeable because #1194 and canonical #866 had diverged in the same Resource Admission owner. The valid #1194 runtime/test semantics were instead adapted directly onto #866 by ordinary descendants: RED 0e313169299eb6112343ca7d8fbac612d6df5942, production 5546a17ccc848e2d043359586a2abc0bd198a66c, exact repair descendant 7c0e858da327daa07b56c75b2a90a2761b4c4880. Compare 4cb93a74...→7c0e858d... contains only the bounded sourcePath warning plus its dedicated regression. No #866 delta was discarded and no force-push/rebase occurred.

This PR itself therefore has no remaining unique delta and is closed. #1194 remains the preservation source until exact successor verification is complete.
