Ordinary non-force stack repair after #193 adopted the current #140 foundation. Preserve #194's bounded PostgreSQL credential-registry delta while making the live #193 head its actual ancestry. No predecessor GREEN transfers; the child remains Draft and must reacquire exact-head gates.
