Ordinary non-force stack repair after #198 adopted current ancestry. Preserve #199's tenant-scoped PostgreSQL generation-history/RLS slice and single-writer ledger repair. No predecessor GREEN transfers; #199 remains Draft and must reacquire exact-head evidence.
