…multiple skills - Deleted unused `auth.md`, `azure-devops-markdown-guidance.md`, `concurrency-control.md`, `configuration.md`, `considerations.md`, and related markdown files across `.claude` and `.github/skills`. - Removed `collect-diff.sh` script from multiple locations. - Cleaned up deprecated `.github/copilot-instructions.md` and `csharp.instructions.md`.
- Deleted `PROJECT.md` containing repository overview, tech stack, and build instructions, as its content was redundant. - Streamlined `CLAUDE.md` by removing stale coding guidelines and unnecessary sections for improved maintainability.
