fix(ci): repair language count and Windows CodeQL retrace contracts - #2732
Conversation
The #2729 messaging refresh removed the language count from docs/index.html, docs/llms.txt, pkg/npm/README.md, scripts/package-release.sh and server.json, so Step 0w (tests/test_language_count_contract.sh) failed on main for every PR: each of those files was still registered as a surface but stated no count. They leave SURFACES; README.md and the Chocolatey nuspec still carry the count and stay gated. Section 4 still fails if any dropped file states a count again without being registered (checked by re-adding one). Signed-off-by: Martin Vogel <martin.vogel.tech@gmail.com>

Added two signed maintainer commits to repair the shared CI blockers: 7890796 normalizes native Windows CRLF before CodeQL retrace path matching and adds a regression test; 72e8be9 brings the branch onto current main. This preserves the reduced PR scan policy while restoring grammar/runtime wrapper coverage. The Windows failure reproduced twice, passed with the correction, and returned when the correction was removed. macOS selector and compiler-backed retrace checks also pass. Required GitHub CI is now being rerun on the new head. Thanks for your patience while we clear these shared CI blockers. |

Thanks for the language-count cleanup and for the careful CI follow-through. Merged with all required checks green, including Windows, Intel macOS, ASan/UBSan, and MSan. This also includes the CRLF-safe CodeQL retrace-list fix, so the queued contributor PRs can now pick up the repaired baseline. |

Repair two shared PR CI contract failures:
The Windows regression exercises the producer/consumer boundary with explicit CRLF and checks all four expected entrypoints and LF output. Required hosted CI remains the merge gate.
Validation: native Windows ARM64 reproduced the failure twice, passed after the fix, and failed again with only the fix reverted. macOS passes 60 selector cases and 13 compiler-backed retrace fixtures. The exact passing repair bytes were restored and preserved through the current-main merge.
