The README and website displayed 960×600 Lens recordings, which were enlarged in the hero and README. Replace all three shared GIFs with fresh 1600×1000, 12fps captures of the real application, and align their captions, image dimensions and provenance with the recorded interactions. Existing reduced-motion stills remain available.

The README now explicitly states that standard native releases include Lens. It also corrects stale claims about indexing memory, CLI/update behavior, project-list defaults, extension mappings, logging and runtime dependencies, and replaces the undated test-count badge. The MCP remains the primary product; Lens remains its optional open-beta companion.

Validation: built the UI-enabled application from the recorded source commit; captured public repository data through the built-in browser; decoded all 432 GIF frames and verified dimensions, durations and looping; checked README references, HTML dimensions/alt text and reduced-motion assets; visually inspected the website and README-sized previews; checked responsive sizing at 390px; independent source/history-backed prose review and git diff --check passed. Full local CI was waived by the maintainer for this documentation/media-only change.

Thanks to Bernhard Jackiewicz for the Lens work and original still images, whose credit and capture details are preserved.
