Summary:

A couple of minor additions to #1092

Changes:

• Add a button to view the xia2.multiplex_clustering.html file in a popup
• Add a checkbox for "Small Molecule" on the Multiplex Reprocessing dialog
• Fix the vertical alignment for this and a couple of other checkboxes

To test:

• Go to a recent data collection with successful xia2.multiplex processing, eg /dc/visit/mx43962-11/id/25129004
• Check there is a "Cluster Plots" button on the multiplex tab, and not on the other autoprocessing tabs
• Check the Cluster Plots button brings up a popup of a HTML page titled "xia2.multiplex report - Clustering" with some graphs (if the graphs are very small this is a bug in the processing that Amy Thompson will fix)
• Close the popup and then open the "Multiplex Reprocessing" dialog, check there is a "Small Molecule" checkbox.
• Disable job submission (comment out line 158 in multiplexreprocess.js), then tick the box and submit a job, check a small_molecule = true line is added to the ProcessingJobParameter table.
