Forced the missing installations CI to run, just to make sure that it already skips the Arm checks for this new easystack. edit: so the CI only failed for 2025.06 + x86_64, as expected. |

Required for #1389.
Added it in a arch-specific subdir to prevent the check missing installations CI from complaining that this software is not available on other CPU families.
