This is a mechanical Dependabot patch bump of the @anthropic-ai/claude-code devDependency (2.1.259 → 2.1.301), a dev-tool used only by .github/workflows/dependabot.yml's investigate step, not the pinned anthropics/claude-code-action upstream SHA in action.yml that this repository's "Versioning"/"Layout" sections in CLAUDE.md treat as the sensitive pin. package.json and package-lock.json are the only files touched, and the lockfile's version strings, resolved URLs, and integrity hashes are all updated consistently across the root entry and every optionalDependencies platform variant.
