This app has moved into ExaDev/documents.js as packages/documents. This PR adds a banner at the top of the README pointing contributors at the new location before the repo is archived.
The npm package is unaffected and keeps publishing under the same name from its new home. This repository will stop receiving commits, releases, issues, and pull requests once archived.
