refactor(sensorservice): modernize measurement implementations

Modernizes the individual measurement implementations behind a common service-facing contract.

What was added

• A dedicated ActivityRecognitionMeasurement implementation.
• Updated sensor, GPS, significant-motion, and extra-information measurements.
• A revised measurement interface shared by all implementations.
• Removal of the obsolete activity-recognition and alarm-noise handlers.

How it works

The service creates measurement implementations through the same contract, then starts, observes, and stops them uniformly. Each implementation owns the platform callback for its sensor type and converts incoming values into the common recording pipeline.
