The live API accepts six additional email categories and template browse groups, while SDK 13's generated request types still omit them. Regenerate from app main

Review follow-up:
docs/templates.mdnow includes the browse-group filter and row/count examples. The examples pass a strict standalone TypeScript check; Prettier and diff checks pass.
