fix(ui): hide the delivery status on ephemeral messages - #3109
The "Only visible to you" Giphy preview (Send / Shuffle / Cancel) showed the sent checkmark under it, as if it had been delivered to the channel. DefaultStreamMessageFooter now leaves out the delivery status for ephemeral messages, matching Android, iOS and React Native.
This also enables the two e2e tests that cover it in giphy_test.dart.
Stacked on #3105 (the e2e suite); GitHub retargets it to master once that merges.

Widget tests in stream_message_metadata_test.dart: the footer shows the status on your own message and hides it on your own ephemeral message. The second fails without the fix.
Ephemeral messages, including Giphy previews labeled “Only visible to you,” no longer show delivery status in message footers or accessibility labels. Ordinary messages from the current user continue to display delivery status.
Tests
Added coverage to verify delivery-status behavior for ephemeral messages and accessibility labels, and enabled existing channel and thread delivery-status checks.
The "Only visible to you" Giphy preview showed the sent checkmark, as if

Ephemeral messages from the current user no longer display a delivery-status widget or include a delivery-status announcement in accessibility semantics. Widget tests cover both cases, and the channel and thread Giphy integration tests now run.
