What

The composer never passed skipEnrichUrl to sendMessage / updateMessage, so every message was sent with the default and the backend scraped its links. A link preview the user removed with the "x" came back on the sent message.

Changes:

• New StreamMessageComposerController.skipEnrichUrl. It's true while the message has a link preview, however it got there (fetched while typing, restored from a draft, or loaded for an edit). It's also true after the user removes the preview with the "x": clearOGAttachment(dismissed: true) is a new parameter, which the header now passes. Any other clearOGAttachment(), clear() and reset() turn it off.
• clearOGAttachment gained an optional named parameter. Existing calls are unaffected, but a subclass overriding clearOGAttachment() without it, or a class that implements the controller, has to add it.
• The composer sends and updates messages with skipEnrichUrl: controller.skipEnrichUrl.

This also enables "user sends a YouTube link without a preview" and "user sends a Giphy link without a preview" in hyper_links_test.dart.

Fixes FLU-1089.

Stacked on #3105 (the e2e suite); GitHub retargets it to master once that merges.

• stream_message_composer_controller_test.dart: skipEnrichUrl is true while a preview is attached and after clearOGAttachment(dismissed: true); a plain clearOGAttachment(), clear() and reset() turn it off.

• message_composer_link_preview_send_test.dart:

  • sends skipEnrichUrl: true with a preview attached, and after a dismissal;
  • updates an edited message that has a preview with skipEnrichUrl: true;
  • sends false after a failed scrape.

  The attached, dismissed and edit tests fail without the fix. Only the local macOS goldens fail.

• Android emulator against the real backend: preview attached → skip_enrich_url: true, one preview; "x" → send → true, no preview; "x" → clear → plain text → false; "x" → clear → new link → previewed.

• e2e: the two tests are un-skipped and run in this PR's E2E workflow.
