What

A thread reply sent to the channel can quote another thread reply that is only in the thread. Tapping that quote in the channel tried to scroll the channel to it and did nothing, because the quoted reply isn't in the channel.

StreamMessageListView now opens the quoted reply's thread on it, through the same path as "View thread". It does this when the list is a channel and the quoted message has a parentId but wasn't also sent to the channel. Other quotes scroll as before.

A thread opened at one of its replies, from a quote or from "View", now scrolls to that reply once the replies load, even with highlightInitialMessage off. Highlighting it is still opt-in. Android, iOS and RN also open the thread at the reply.

This also enables "user jumps from the channel to a quoted message in a thread" in quoted_reply_test.dart.

Fixes FLU-1095.

Stacked on #3105 (the e2e suite); GitHub retargets it to master once that merges.

• message_list_quoted_thread_reply_test.dart:
  • tapping a quote of a thread-only reply opens its thread (fails without the fix);
  • a quote of a reply also sent to the channel doesn't open a thread;
  • a quote inside a thread doesn't open a thread;
  • the opened thread shows the quoted reply when it's 20 replies up (fails without the scroll).
• The message list, channel and message widget suites pass; only the local macOS goldens fail.
• Android emulator against the real backend: in a thread, quoted a thread-only reply with "Also send in Channel", then tapped the quote in the channel. Before, nothing happened. After, the thread opens with the quoted reply in view.
• e2e: the test is un-skipped and runs in this PR's E2E workflow.
