Picks up hawk-mcpkit#10: tool-catalog design notes plus the mcp-go v0.55.1 upgrade fixing SSE shutdown double-close panics (close of closed channel when a client disconnect races Shutdown). Submodule pointer and go.mod module version moved together to keep release parity green.
