Details

What this PR does

  • Uses Hashem Khalifa <Hashem.khalifa@gmail.com> for temporary Git commits created by the bundled pstack tests.
  • Applies the same identity in both CI and Release workflows.
  • Changes no application, plugin, skill, agent, or release behavior.

How it works

The pstack tests create disposable local Git repositories. Their author and committer environment now use the repository maintainer identity while the existing isolated Git configuration remains in place.

Validation

  • Both workflow YAML files parse successfully.
  • git diff --check passes.
  • The PR CI runs the full Python validation and 52-test bundled pstack suite.

Attribute temporary Git commits in CI and release test repositories to the repository maintainer identity requested by the maintainer.
