Moves the (commented-out) release template
.github/workflows/python-publish.ymlfrom Python 3.14 to 3.15 (both the tests and build-n-publish matrices).Intentionally unchanged: the 3.14 entries in the
unittests.yml/dev_test.ymlmatrices, andpyproject.tomlclassifiers. The README line 'By default, it uses Python version 3.13' is untouched.Not exercised by PR CI: the workflow is fully commented out in this template, and release workflows only run on tags in repos derived from it.
