Description
Bring the repo up to the next-gen Laravel standards (see orchestration/STANDARDS.md).
- All work on the
next-genbranch, created frommain. Never commit tomain; at the end open one PR fromnext-genintomainfor the user to merge -

Foundations are on
next-genand the full matrix is green (PHP 8.4/8.5 × Laravel 12/13 × lowest/stable, plus Pint).Coverage: the PHP 8.4 / Laravel 13 / prefer-stable leg generates
build/coverage.xmland runscodecov/codecov-action@v5, but the upload is rejected withToken required - not valid tokenless upload. TheCODECOV_TOKENsecret isn't available to this repo. Needs the user: add the repo to Codecov and makeCODECOV_TOKENavailable (org or repo secret). Nothing else needs changing.This issue stays open for that and for the final

The final PR is open: #15 (
next-gen→main, unmerged). CI also has a JS job (typecheck, Vitest) and a job without javaabu/translatable. This issue stays open only for theCODECOV_TOKENsecret, which needs the user.
