KCDS (Kingdom Come: Deliverance II Synced) is a free multiplayer mod for KCD2.
Play Kingdom Come: Deliverance II online with your friends: join a server or host your own.

Not by itself: KCD2 is a singleplayer game. KCDS adds multiplayer, with dedicated servers that anyone can run and a server browser in the game.

• Share one open world with many players and see each other's movement, animations, combat and equipment.
• Play with your friends: join the same server, or host your own for your group.
• Persistent world: the server keeps inventories, stashes, horses, dogs, doors, shops and crafting in order.
• Your server, your rules: the owner picks its level, player count, rules and resources.
• Build your own gamemodes in JavaScript or TypeScript, for the server and for each player's game.

Can I play KCD2 with my friends? Yes. Join the same server, or host your own for your group.

Can we play the game's story together? No. You play together in a shared open world on a server, and what happens there is up to that server: its rules, its scripts and its own quests.

Is KCDS free? Yes, the client, the server and the SDK are free.

What do I need? Your own original copy of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II (game version 1.5.5) on Steam, and Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). KCDS checks that your copy is original and ships no game files.

Can I host my own server? Yes. Every community runs its own dedicated server, natively on Linux or in Docker. Only the server list is central.
