The job takes 22-25 minutes on a typical runner (main 136125b: 24.4 min on macos-26). On main 6d8201f a slower macos-26 runner ran every step 20-40 % longer and the job was cancelled at its 30-minute limit inside windows-product-e2e-contract-smoke.sh (run 41611837372), leaving main without that signal.

Every step ran 20–40 % longer: the TSAN shim suites took 797 s instead of 655 s, and the release build 122 s instead of 81 s. The job was cancelled at 30 minutes insidewindows-product-e2e-contract-smoke.sh, so main had no result for it.
