macOS Intel runners take about 40 minutes for the App tests alone (40 m 23 s on main's run for #496), so with build, packaging and a slow runner the portable job went past its 60-minute limit and was cancelled: #497 twice and #500 once, while the same tests pass. This raises the limit to 90 minutes, like the Linux native job above it.
