I'm not familiar with how these things work in CPAN land. Why could using Github be controversial? |

"Controversial" was perhaps overstating it. I simply meant that I realise that it's not my place to casually unilaterally decide which should be the primary bug tracker for the project. |

I can't think of a reason not to change the bug tracker url. |

One potentially controversial thing with this pull request is that it sets the bugtracker to GitHub, which is perhaps what we want, or perhaps not. As I understand it, there is no way to switch off the bug tracker at https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Name=Audio-Scan; we can only decide which one MetaCPAN links to.
