First-Class Cyber Security graduate and MSc Computer Science student, seeking an entry-level IT support role. - Fedora hardware diagnosis: investigated a wireless controller receiver that did not create an input device; checked kernel configuration and module availability and identified the matching packaged driver. Diagnostic issue #2228.
- Ubuntu home lab: configured and investigated systemd services, SSH through Tailscale, network connectivity and service availability after reboots.
