ProjectLens previously opened with a repeated pitch while the working comparison sat behind a separate action. It now opens with the approved product landing page: the same browser engine powers an interactive Northstar comparison, original source tables, keyboard evidence selections and an explicit finish-movement replay with reduced motion.
The review keeps factual finish, constraint, relationship and float changes visible regardless of narrative wording. Explicit local negation no longer turns “not on track” into a stability claim. Rechecking a narrative preserves its first checked version in drafts and exports. Human decisions, conditional fields, local recovery and follow-up remain end to end.
Validation: all seven browser suites and eight asset checks passed locally. Additional regressions cover both reproduced narrative failures, five viewport widths, real uploads, revision/export, keyboard, retry, replay and reduced motion. Independent visual review found and verified fixes for inherited mobile navigation and an inactive notification overlay. Full Python suite runs in CI; local full collection lacked pandas. Static design detector was degraded regex-only, so no computed-contrast certification is claimed. Practitioner validation on real exports remains outstanding.
