Pin 4 existing GitHub Action references to the exact commits currently resolved by their upstream version tags. Retain the prior versions in comments. This prevents a later tag move from silently changing code executed by CI.
Validation: resolved every commit against its upstream GitHub repository; parsed each workflow before and after; confirmed the YAML differs only in action references. No action versions, triggers, permissions, scripts, budgets, billing or email settings change. Archived repositories were not modified.
Full application gates and a post-change security rescan remain pending shared Mac headroom. No merge or deployment is performed by this change; preserve the repository’s human release rules.
