Include "paste as .jpg" in Advanced Paste docs

Thanks for getting the docs ready ahead of the feature, Orion (@OrionFOTL) — this kind of groundwork is genuinely helpful.

Note

The upstream feature this documents, microsoft/PowerToys#50081 ("Paste as .jpg file"), is still open and hasn't shipped. Our published docs need to match the released build, so we can't merge content that describes the .jpg paste action until that PR merges and the feature ships in a public PowerToys release.

A couple of small things to tidy up so this is ready to go the moment the feature lands:

• Please bump ms.date in the front matter to the date of your latest edit (MM/DD/YYYY). The style guide asks for it on substantive content changes.
• Once #50081 merges, it's worth a quick re-check that the released UI wording (for example, the JPEG quality-slider label) matches the text here.

I'll leave this open and tag it needs-work so we can pick it back up as soon as the feature is released. Really appreciate the contribution.
