- Refactor `release.yml` to use only manual workflow dispatch inputs, removing reliance on complex event triggers and simplifying context resolution. - Update `ga-release-plan.sh` by standardizing version validation to strictly enforce semantic versioning against existing tags. - Streamline the release script arguments and output reporting for clearer version calculation focus.
