#240 added a new workflow to check the backward compatibility of the lowest Gridap version allowed by Project.toml.

The first implementation only strips the ^ and ~ before the first version number. This PR moves to the Pkg own parser, handling ^, ~, =, ≥, <, hyphen ranges and comma-separated unions.
