Moves the repository from project-template v0.59.0 to v0.61.2 with .template/Update-Project.ps1. The update touched 62 template-owned files plus .copier-answers.yml, with no conflicts, deletions or discarded local edits. Every file under .template/, .githooks/commit-msg, .claude/commands/, .github/agents/, .github/prompts/, .github/skills/, .github/instructions/project-template.instructions.md and docs/decisions/project-template/ is template-owned and was written by the script, not edited by hand.

  • The Commit attribution check and the commit-msg hook now catch attribution from any AI agent or model, and the workflow commands remove an agent footer a session appends to what they post.
  • The workflow commands (53 command, prompt and skill files) and .template/Get-PlanState.ps1 fall back to gh api REST forms when a session refuses GitHub's GraphQL API, as a Claude Code cloud session's proxy does. A local session's commands don't change.
  • CONTRIBUTING.md takes the template's new remedy for a commit message with attribution: run the commit-msg hook over it with git -c core.hooksPath=.githooks. The template's one-line change to .github/instructions/project-template.instructions.md is the same remedy.
  • .template/Update-Project.ps1 now also refreshes template-owned files that earlier versions wrote once and never updated, discarding local edits to them and listing them under Refreshed. This update refreshed none.
  • CHANGELOG.md records the update under ## [Unreleased]; no release is cut.
  • v0.60.0 has /run-issues and /run-feedback delete their own /review comment if a footer came back on it, then ask the maintainer to post one. ADR-1001 already makes the engine review such a comment, so callers on 1.1.2 or later get an extra round with the maintainer; nothing breaks.
