feat(oob): unattended headset setup for replay benchmarks - #1345
We benchmark teleoperation by replaying a recorded session,
so every run has to start the same way, with nobody in the headset. With --setup-oob, the service can now take a run from launch to a streaming XR
session with the recording already selected.
Start a run from a chosen client setup and recording. Four TELEOP_CLIENT_* variables (IMMERSIVE_MODE, REFERENCE_SPACE, REPLAY_PACING, SHOW_RECORDING_CONTROLS) are forwarded to the headset
URL. TELEOP_OOB_RECORDING selects a recording in the client before
CONNECT: a host path is pushed to the headset, and latest takes the
newest one already there.
Connect the headset only after the application is up. Until now, service run --setup-oob connected the headset as soon as the service
started. The application (e.g. Isaac Lab) usually starts later, so the
headset sat waiting and kept retrying until it appeared. With the new --defer-oob-connect flag, the headset waits; call GET /api/oob/v1/connect once the application is running to let it
connect. Without the flag, nothing changes.
Find the teleop page reliably on PICO. On PICO, OOB sometimes looked
for the teleop page in the wrong browser process, then gave up after
60 seconds, about half the time. It now checks each process and uses the
one that has the page.

New Features
OOB headset setup can now be deferred until the application is running, then started through an authenticated connection request. Repeating the request is safe.
Replay recordings can be selected from the headset or provided from the host computer. Missing recordings or transfer failures are reported.
Added options for immersive mode, XR reference space, replay pacing, and recording controls.
Documentation
Updated the quick start and environment-variable reference with deferred setup and the new client options.

Walkthrough
The CLI adds --defer-oob-connect, which requires --setup-oob. The authenticated /api/oob/v1/connect endpoint sets the event that releases deferred headset setup. Environment settings now configure headset session parameters and recording controls. The ADB flow can select a headset recording or push a host recording to the headset, then pass its path to the page before CONNECT. DevTools discovery now prefers sockets with a teleoperation tab and can rescan while waiting.
NVIDIA/IsaacCapture#1147: Adds a fake ADB implementation for the command flow changed and tested here.

Deferred setup can be difficult to start from the documented command, and certain socket or recording conditions can prevent headset connection. These issues have workarounds, but should be fixed before relying on unattended setup.

Explanation
The title "feat(oob): unattended headset setup for replay benchmarks" matches the main change. The PR adds unattended headset setup for replay runs. It does this through the TELEOP_CLIENT_* client settings, recording selection via TELEOP_OOB_RECORDING, and the deferred connect flow (--defer-oob-connect and GET /api/oob/v1/connect). The title is short, specific, and uses a conventional commit prefix. It does not mention the PICO DevTools socket discovery change, but that is a secondary part of the changeset.

The PICO browser runs several WebLayer processes, each with its own
weblayer_devtools_remote_<pid> socket, and the teleop tab can be on any
of them. Discovery took the first, so about half the time the wait
watched a socket the page never appeared on and gave up at the deadline.
When sockets tie on prefix, ask each for a tab with oobEnable= and keep
that one. On a cold start the stale-tab cleanup has just closed those
tabs, so also re-probe every third second while waiting for the page.

A replay benchmark needs every run to start the same way. The headset URL
now carries four more client settings, each from a TELEOP_CLIENT_*
variable: IMMERSIVE_MODE, REFERENCE_SPACE, REPLAY_PACING and
SHOW_RECORDING_CONTROLS. Unset, the URL is unchanged.
TELEOP_OOB_RECORDING selects a recording in the client before CONNECT:
a host path is pushed to the headset, and "latest" takes the newest
*.json in its Download folder. The operator still starts the replay.
Also document TELEOP_HEADSET_BROWSER_PACKAGE, which already exists.

The service already has a defer_oob_connect gate, but only code that
embeds it can use it, so service run --setup-oob connects the headset
at startup. The OpenXR application usually starts after the service, so
the headset meets a runtime with nothing to stream and cycles through
timeouts and retries until the app arrives.
--defer-oob-connect exposes the gate, and GET /api/oob/v1/connect opens
it. The endpoint authenticates like the other hub endpoints, sends no
CORS headers, is idempotent, and answers 409 when the service was not
started deferred. GET because the proxy only parses GET, as for
/api/oob/v1/config. Without the flag nothing changes.

- Pick the recording before the tab-discovery deadline starts, so a slow

- Accept only recordings named like the client's Save

- Re-forward after every rescan: discovery probes by forwarding, so the

- Use the <CONTROL_TOKEN> placeholder in the connect example.

A host path is chosen by the user, so any file name is fine there. Only
latest needs the client's Save name, to skip other JSON files in Download.

Other than the existing findings in previous comments, I found one additional blocker in recording selection. Validation: 168 focused tests passed, 26 CLI tests passed using a source-only package shim, and pre-commit passed; headset hardware was unavailable.
oob_teleop_adb.py:1857 — Confirm recording import before CONNECT. Setting the file input does not confirm that RecorderContext finished reading and validating it. Invalid JSON or an unsupported recording leaves replay unavailable, while automation logs “loaded recording” and proceeds. A scripted CDP reproduction also confirmed that a protocol error from DOM.setFileInputFiles is ignored and CONNECT is clicked. Check CDP errors and wait for explicit client import success, raising OobAdbError on failure or timeout.

start only passed the flag on to the detached run, which then refused it,
so the user saw that the service exited and had to read the log to learn
why. Refuse it in start as well, before the EULA marker is written or the
child is spawned.

Setting the file input only starts the import, and a CDP error from
DOM.setFileInputFiles was dropped. A bad file then left replay unavailable
while setup logged it as loaded and clicked CONNECT.
Fail on a CDP error, then wait for the client's #loadRecordingStatus to
report success, and raise OobAdbError on its error or after 10 s.
