Updates vue from 3.5.42 to 3.5.44 in the Vue and Nuxt starters.

• Runtime dependency of the private starter packages in projects/starters/vue/package.json and projects/starters/nuxt/package.json. The commit is chore(starters) because those packages are unpublished.
• 3.5.43 and 3.5.44 are bug-fix releases (compiler, reactivity, runtime, SSR, suspense, teleport, and transitions). The license stays MIT, there is no engines field, and the peer dependency stays optional typescript: *. @vitejs/plugin-vue@6.0.10 accepts vue ^3.2.25, and vue-router@5.3.1 accepts vue ^3.5.34. vue-tsc does not peer on vue and stays at 3.3.11. vue-tsc 3.3.12 and 3.3.13 were left out because they can stop type-checking when a slot binding uses a multi-line template literal.
• The lockfile updates the two starter pins, removes the unused vue@3.5.42 graph (@vue/reactivity, @vue/runtime-core, @vue/runtime-dom, and @vue/server-renderer), and retargets peer snapshots that reference vue (@vitejs/plugin-vue, @vue/tsconfig, vue-router@5.3.1, and @vue-macros/common). vue-router stays 5.3.1, and its optional @vue/compiler-sfc@3.5.42 peer is unchanged. Notices do not list vue. An unrelated notice rewrite of ESLint packages already present in the lockfile was restored.

Validation:

• mise exec -- pnpm run ci in projects/starters/vue passed (26 scripts, 41.8s). These starters have no DEVELOPMENT.md; the Wireit ci task runs build and lint.
• mise exec -- pnpm run ci in projects/starters/nuxt passed (3 scripts, 24 skipped, 13s).
• mise exec -- node .agents/skills/agent-dependencies/scripts/verify-update.js --type=chore --scope=starters passed before the commit.
• CI=1 mise exec -- pnpm install --frozen-lockfile passed.
• mise exec -- pnpm run ci from the repository root passed (165 scripts, 29 skipped, 161.6s) with FONTCONFIG_FILE rejecting /usr/share/fonts/truetype/macos/*.
• git diff --check passed.
• Root pnpm run notice is not a script. node ./projects/internals/ci/notice/index.js did not add a Vue notice.
