AXIOM Pull Request

Summary

Adds an API Playground page to the AXIOM Control Center, making local API endpoints easier to discover through a dedicated interface.

Why

The API Playground E2E test could not find the expected “Choose an endpoint” heading because the api-playground page was not registered in the application routing. This change adds the missing page and connects it to the workspace navigation.

What changed

• Added an ApiPlayground React component.
• Registered the api-playground page in the application page type and route handling.
• Added API Playground navigation and page metadata.
• Added a bounded catalogue of eight endpoint references, including health, models, datasets, runtime, events, diagnostics, workflows, and evaluations.
• Kept the interface read-only: selecting an endpoint changes the reference view without sending an API request or modifying workspace data.

Testing

Commands:
- npm run build — passed in the previously shared run, before the latest route changes.
- npm run e2e — 14 passed, 1 failed in the previously shared run; the API Playground route was missing at that time.
- npx playwright test e2e/api-playground.spec.ts — rerun after the route fix.
- git diff --check — not yet verified.

Additional context
