Summary

Moves the measurement reports, experiment tools and analysis scripts out of this repository into MacroLab, so this repository holds the product only.

• Deletes 19 tracked files: five measurement reports, three research reports, the scheduling-phases plan, EndToEndProbe, FufuTargetProbe, the scheduling benchmark project, and three analysis scripts.
• Updates links in five documents (docs/precision.md, docs/release-1.0.0.md, docs/releases/2.0.0.md, docs/releases/2.0.1.md, docs/condition-scheduling-improvements.md) to point at the reports' new home.

Kept here on purpose: scripts/compare_frame_times.py and tests/test_frame_comparison.py. CI runs the second one and docs/precision.md documents both. Also kept: LatencyProbe, MacroRunner, HardwareEventProbe, WindowsOcrServer, and the three measurement scripts the test suite reads, because the installer build and the tests depend on them. MacroLab holds copies of the ones that are still useful there.

History is preserved in this repository's git log; nothing is rewritten.

Test Plan

• dotnet build MacroHID.sln -c Release: succeeds.
• Managed test suite in clean checkouts of origin/main and of this branch, same prebuilt native DLL on both: 393 passed, 0 failed on both sides; no failure appears only after the change.
• python tests/test_frame_comparison.py: 3 tests pass.
• Searched origin/main for references to every moved path from files that stay; the only ones were the CI step and the five documents above.
• The three new link targets exist in MacroLab.
• CI on this PR.

Notes

• Links now point at blob/main in MacroLab, not at a fixed commit, so they follow later edits to those reports.
• The previous experiment PR (Add input API comparison probe and results #2) is closed unmerged: everything in it now lives in MacroLab.
