docs(openspec): drop the lobby sidebar footer in show-colored-map-and-cup-names - #364

The sidebar title already names the cup, so the footer line ("Elytra Race"
or "Elytra-Rennen") repeats it without adding information. The sidebar
now ends with its status line, and no blank line trails it.
The change gains a requirement with scenarios in race/lobby-cup-display
and a task in the red and green sections. The sidebar line count drops
from fifteen to fourteen, and the lobby board golden transcript loses
the footer line.

show-colored-map-and-cup-names(openspec only). The lobby sidebar loses its footer line("Elytra Race" / "Elytra-Rennen"). The sidebar title already names the cup, so the footer repeated it. The sidebar now ends
with its status line, and no blank line trails it. The change gains a requirement with scenarios in
race/lobby-cup-displayand a task in the red and green sections; the sidebar line count drops to fourteen.Only the change folder
openspec/changes/show-colored-map-and-cup-names/is touched. No code changes.Story. A racer waits in the lobby with the sidebar open. The title says "Alpha Cup" in its colour, the map lines follow,
and at the very bottom sits "Elytra Race", a name the racer already knows and that tells them nothing about the cup. The
owner wants the bottom of the sidebar to be the thing the racer is waiting for: the status line, "waiting" or "starts in
n s". This proposal records that decision before the code PR is opened.
