This removes static maturity labels from the seven product targets. The signed admission ledger now determines each current state. Because the ledger is empty, the profile and registry show Not actively admitted.
The validator rejects static target membership and checks both public tables against the derived state. Public operational repositories now use Support. Internal remains for private repositories.
A missing, expired, revoked, drifted, or unverifiable admission can't fall back to Beta, Experimental, Early access, or an older Production record. The work stays aimed at exact Production admissions for all seven targets.
Checks passed: 55 tests, the evidence registry validator, the profile validator, and the diff check.
This supersedes #10. Its quickstart change already merged in #12.
