Prepare Papyrus 0.2.0 with Android build 6, including the reader tools integrated in #94 and the merged reader pin from #95.
Align the packaged reader smoke test with the reader's initially hidden controls. The test now taps the reading surface, verifies Next becomes visible, and then checks navigation and persisted resume. This fixes the release preparation Windows check without changing application behavior.
Use Ubuntu’s official HTTPS archive in GitHub Actions and bound APT network timeouts after two Linux jobs stalled against the Azure mirror. Package signature verification remains enabled.
Validation: locked dependency resolution, Dart formatting, focused Flutter analysis, and shell syntax checks pass. Windows packaging and reader/persistence checks passed with the smoke correction. Final native package checks run in CI. The optional local macOS build is blocked by Xcode deployment target compatibility.
